If you choose to connect your Google account with BCCBuddy (e.g., for Gmail, Calendar, or Contacts integration), we access only the minimum necessary data to power features you explicitly enable. Specifically:

• Google Account Email Address: Used to associate your workflows with your identity.
• Google Calendar (if authorized): Used to create or update events as part of scheduled workflow actions.
• Gmail (if authorized): We do not access, read, or store the contents of your email. Any Gmail-related permissions are used solely for sending emails you configure in your workflows (e.g., sending a welcome message or scheduled follow-up).

We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes. We do not transfer this data to third parties except as required to deliver the services you've configured or to comply with legal obligations.

You may revoke BCCBuddy's access to your Google data at any time via your Google Account settings.

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Platform.
• Process your requests, transactions, and payments.
• Communicate with you, including responding to inquiries and providing support.
• Send you service-related and promotional communications.
• Personalize your experience on the Platform.

BCCBuddy's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use or share Google user data for any purpose other than to provide and improve user-facing features that are clearly described within the BCCBuddy platform.

It's important to note that opting out of promotional emails does not affect transactional emails related to your workflows, like a notification that your "Daily Sales Report" workflow has completed.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services to you, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. For example, workflow configurations like "Send Q1 Product Updates" and associated run logs might be kept for a period defined by your subscription level or our standard data retention policies.
