Hi Sarah,

Great meeting today! I've attached the proposal we discussed for the Q4 marketing budget. The ROI projections look promising - 340% increase in qualified leads based on our pilot program.

I'll send over the technical specs by EOD tomorrow. Looking forward to your thoughts!

Best,
Mike Rodriguez

Troubleshooting

Common issues and solutions

Extension not working?

Make sure you're on Gmail (mail.google.com) and refresh the page. Check that the extension is enabled in Chrome settings.

Auto-injection not happening?

Check your auto-injection settings in the extension. Make sure you have a default trigger configured and auto-injection is enabled.

Can't find the extension?

Click the puzzle piece icon in Chrome toolbar and look for BccBuddy. If it's not pinned, you'll need to pin it first.

Authentication issues?

Make sure you're using the same email address for both your BccBuddy account and the extension. Try signing out and back in.
