Simply add a BccBuddy address (like reminder@bccbuddy.com) to your email's CC or BCC field. Our system will automatically process the email and perform the associated actions.
What happens if I exceed my monthly limit?
Pro users who exceed 20 trigger uses will be notified and can either wait until the next billing cycle or upgrade to Premium for unlimited usage.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
Can I try BccBuddy without signing up?
Yes! Just BCC reminder@bccbuddy.com on any email, and we'll kick off a workflow to help you keep in touch with your customer. No account setup or installation required.
Will you reach out to my customers?
We'll never reach out to your customers unless you've configured a custom workflow to include a customer touchpoint. By using the Bcc field, workflows happen behind the scenes, so there is no customer impact.
Can I create my own custom trigger email addresses?
Yes, Pro users can create up to 3 custom trigger addresses (like deal60@bccbuddy.com), while Premium users can create unlimited custom addresses to match their specific workflows and needs.
